I have seen that mostly people don’t know how to make Simple Chicken Soup for Kids and Patients. They use many Ingredients which becomes heavy to digest and kids and patients dislike and refuse to intake. but now you don’t worry I am sharing my experienced recipe to make simple chicken soup which will be liked by all. We all know that simplicity is the best policy. So, follow this unique rule and make simple and easy recipe of Chicken Soup.
Chicken Soup A Nutritious Diet:
Now a days, Chicken Soup is a very cheap and common dish. It is liked by all ages from toddler to elders.
Chicken soup recipe for kids contains basic and easy to digest nutrition like low calories from 70g to 100g, good protein around 4g, carbohydrates around 10g, and fat 3g etc. These all ingredients work combined to heal the patient and he/she recovers very soon.
- Chicken bones 3 to 4 pieces
- Water 6 to 7 cups
- Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon (,one pinch)
- Ginger half inch piece
- Salt half spoon
Preferably use the bonny parts of chicken like neck and ribs… Bone areas are good enough for soup.
These are the basic and necessary items which have no side effect for the little baby or patient. Whenever any of my family members gets serious ill I use this recipe. I feed this soup for three to four times in a day and it results magically.
If u want to make it spicy Soup you may add these ingredients:
- onion 1 chopped
- Tomato 1 cuts in slice
- Black pepper 3 4 pieces
- Garlic 2 to 3 pieces chopped
- Cinnamon half inch piece
- Cumin one pinch
- Clove half piece
Or any other spice present in your kitchen will be appropriate according to your taste
Direction to make Chicken Soup:
Wash the bone chicken pieces.
Take pressure cooker or any saucepan but no nonstick.
Add chicken, water, ginger, turmeric, and salt in it.
Place it on the stove.
Boil it for 10 minutes in pressure cooker.
In saucepan boil it for 15 minutes.
Your simple soup for kids is ready.
Strain it before serving.
Serve in a cup.
Feed it to your kid or patient at Luke warm temperature.
What quantity of chicken soup is suitable for babies?
Less than two year baby should be given around 2 to 3 spoon.
All the above mentioned spices have inflammatory and antibiotic specialty. So the soup will help your baby to recover immediately….
My kids have more health issues like allergies and coughing.. I use first mentioned chicken soup recipe and they are recovered without any antibiotic medicine…..
