Recipe of Green Olive Marmalade

Ingredients for Recipe of  Olive Marmalade:

  1. Washed and processed green Olives 500g
  2. Water 1.5 liter
  3. Sugar 500g
  4. Cardamom 2 to 3 pieces
  5. Lemon juice

How to make green olive Marmalade?

Ist Step:

Take a saucepan

Add a liter of water

Boil it on the stove

Add olives

Boil it until it tenders

4 to 5 minutes are enough.

Now strain the olives.

Mash softly the boiled olives with fork.

2nd step sugar Syrup:

  1. Sugar equal to Olive quantity
  2. Water 500ml
  3. Cardamom 2,3 pieces
  4. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Add water and sugar in a saucepan.

Cook it on the stove for 10 minutes.

Add cardamom and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Turn off the flame.

Let the syrup cool.

Now mix the olives in syrup.
