Easy Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

Easy mushroom stir fry is a very quick to cook recipe for a healthy and nutrition food for us. Mushroom belongs to healthy fungus vegetable family. It has hundreds of  types and is grown in all over the world. Mushroom is a best alternative of meat. It provides all nutrition of meat except of fat. So, if you have no allergic issue to mushroom then use it in every meal. This recipe can be prepared with in 30 minutes.

How was my first experiment with Mushrooms stir fry?

When I grew mushroom first time. I searched on google and asked from others how to cook this mushroom. I selected the recipe of garlic with mushrooms. When I went into the kitchen I changed my mind and made variation according to my taste. I hope you too will like the recipe.

Ingredients for easy mushroom stir fry:

Mushroom thinly sliced like onion 200g

Oil 1 to 2 tablespoon

Onion 1 medium size

Tomato 2 medium size chopped

Garlic 2 tablespoon chopped

Seasonings 

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Black/red pepper 1/2 teaspoon

Optional ingredients

Dry herbs/sauce for flavor

Garnishing

Coriander 1 tablespoon chopped

Direction to make Stir fry Mushroom

Step 1

I cooked oyster mushrooms. You can use which mushroom you have. Wash the surface layer of mushrooms and drain the water. Then, thinly slice the mushrooms. You can use hand instead of knife. Chop other ingredients.

Step 2 

Take a frying pan. Add oil and heat it on high temperature. Add onions and saute while stirring. When it gets your desired color add finally chopped garlic. Fry it for 1 to 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and seasonings. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes then add chopped tomatoes. Now if you want to tender it then slow down the heat. Cover the lid for 5 to 8 minutes. Add garnishing items. Your tasty and easy mushroom stir fry dish is ready.

Serve hot. You can serve it sperately or with bread/white ricewhite rice as well.
