Vegetable Oil 2 to 3 tablespoon
Onion 1 medium size chopped
Tomato 1 large chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Seasonings to taste

Mix hot spice powder 1/3 teaspoon

Direction to the recipe of chicken liver
Collect all ingredients. Wash onion tomato and garnishing items. Chop them.
Clear and wash the chicken liver. Drain well the water. Cut in a medium bite size.
Take a pan. Add oil and onion. Saute until corners start to brown. Add spices and Ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add tomato and chicken liver. Add other spices if you like Fry on medium to high heat for 5 minutes.
When oil start to leave the chicken liver. Then switch off the heat.
